Brainshambles

I saw this video last week. It just doesn’t get old.

I wish I had these skills.

Dinner, anyone? We paired the fish with sauteed spinach and Orzo. There are cupcakes for dessert but after the puddles of olive oil, garlic, and red wine, I’m thinking the cupcakes might have to wait for tomorrow.

This long Holiday weekend has been fairly productive. I managed to clean up the house, host some guests, and even find the mysterious (almost thought to be nonexistent) winter coat I’ve been seeking for months. I am thankful for many things. Too many to list. Listing would cheapen. Tonight, I’m happy to share a few drinks and good food with my little sister, with whom I rarely spend time.

Winter is coming. Nature always wins.

I have many thoughts, again, bottle-necked somewhere between brain, heart and mouth. I’m hopeful that tomorrow might bring a bit of needed solitude, so I can paint a wordy picture in this spot. But in the mean time, inspirational photo & video week (month?) shall carry on…
